Online Acceptance:

• I authorize the Distributor to use my KYC information, including identity details (such as name, PAN, age, etc.), address, and signature, for submission to Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to comply with validation, legal, and regulatory requirements.

• I agree that the signature available in the KYC Registration Agency (KRA) records/system will be used for signature verification when processing any requests made through the Miles Wealth platform (www.mileswealth.in or the mobile application).

• In the event that my signature is unavailable or illegible in the KRA records/system, I understand and agree that the AMC may take additional measures to validate the authenticity of my request or may reject/disallow any transaction if necessary.
