Miles Wealth was started with a simple belief - most people don’t lack intent to invest, they lack structure.

For years, employee benefits have focused on spending: discounts, reimbursements, or short-term perks. At the same time, many employees struggle to build real financial security despite earning consistently. We saw a gap between income and long-term wealth creation, and Salary SIP (product) was built to close that gap.

We help companies offer mutual fund investing as a structured employee benefit. Instead of asking employees to figure out investing on their own, Salary SIP connects directly with payroll and turns saving into a consistent habit. Employers can contribute alongside employees, making financial well-being a shared effort rather than an individual burden.

We are an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor with an ARN-280456. Transactions are processed through recognised market infrastructure such as BSE Star MF, and the company has been incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. Our role is straightforward - simplify access to mutual funds, reduce decision fatigue, and make investing feel practical for everyday working professionals.
