Miles Wealth (Miles Financial Services Private Limited)

Welcome to Miles Wealth, operated by Miles Financial Services Private Limited (“Miles Wealth,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the owner of the domain mileswealth.in and the Miles Wealth platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Terms & Conditions -
GENERAL PLATFORM TERMS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You authorize us to access and utilize your KYC information, including identity details, PAN, address, and signature, from KRA records or other lawful sources for validation with Asset Management Companies (“AMCs”) and regulatory requirements.

2. Eligibility and Use of Platform
The Platform is intended for individuals eligible to invest in mutual funds in India. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to invest.

  • All information provided is accurate and current.

  • You will update details when changes occur.

We reserve the right to suspend access if information is false, outdated, or unverifiable.

3. Investment Services
Miles Wealth facilitates mutual fund investments through registered AMCs. All transactions are governed by AMC terms, SEBI regulations, and applicable laws.
Investment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the investor. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks, and past performance does not guarantee future returns.

4. Fees and Compensation
We do not charge users directly for accessing the Platform. Compensation is derived from commissions paid by AMCs for distributing Regular mutual funds, typically ranging between 0.05%–1% annually, included within scheme expense ratios.

5. Privacy and Data Security
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We employ reasonable safeguards, encryption, and industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Accuracy of Information
Information displayed may be sourced from third parties including AMCs. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or reliability. Users must independently verify details before investing.

7. Limitation of Liability
Miles Wealth shall not be liable for:

  • Investment losses

  • Market fluctuations

  • Third-party failures

  • Technical disruptions or force majeure events

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miles Wealth disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

8. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Content, tools, or recommendations on the Platform are informational and should not be treated as personalised financial, legal, or tax advice.

9. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and complying with applicable laws. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

10. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

11. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of misuse, regulatory risk, or violation of these Terms.


12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, India.


13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miles Wealth and its affiliates against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

SALARY SIP TERMS

14. Nature of Salary SIP
Salary SIP is an employer-supported, payroll-linked mutual fund investment facility facilitated by Miles Wealth. Participation is voluntary and subject to employer eligibility, payroll verification, and internal compliance checks.
Miles Wealth acts as a facilitator and administrator of investment execution and does not guarantee employer participation continuity, returns, or financial outcomes.

15. Contribution Limits and Risk Controls
To ensure responsible investing and regulatory compliance:
Salary SIP investments are capped at ₹50,000 per month OR 50% of the employee’s net salary, whichever is lower.
Miles Wealth may modify limits, reject transactions, or apply additional risk controls at its sole discretion.
 
16. Payroll Deduction Authorization and Consent
By enrolling in Salary SIP, the employee:

  • Authorizes Miles Wealth to rely on payroll and employment data shared by the employer or payroll system.

  • Consents to salary-linked investment processing and contribution calculations.

  • Acknowledges that payroll data may be used for eligibility checks, compliance, and transaction execution.
     

17. Employment Verification and Eligibility
Access to Salary SIP features is conditional upon verification that the user is an active employee of a participating organization.
Miles Wealth reserves the right to:

  • Verify employment status periodically.

  • Restrict or discontinue access if employment cannot be validated.

If an employee exits the organization or payroll linkage ends:

  • Employer contributions may cease immediately.

  • Salary SIP participation may be paused, modified, or terminated.
     

18. Employer Contribution Conditions
Employer contributions are intended solely for long-term investment purposes.
Any misuse, attempted circumvention of contribution intent, fraudulent activity, or abnormal transactional behavior may result in:

  • Suspension from Salary SIP participation

  • Permanent restriction from employer-supported investing features

  • Additional compliance review

Miles Wealth retains sole discretion in determining misuse.

19. Employer Relationship Disclaimer
Miles Wealth does not control employer benefit policies. Employers may modify, pause, or discontinue contributions at any time.
Miles Wealth is not responsible for:

  • Payroll delays

  • Employer policy changes

  • Contribution discontinuation
     

20. Data Sharing and Processing
Employees acknowledge that limited payroll data may be shared between employer systems and Miles Wealth strictly for:

  • Contribution calculations

  • Eligibility verification

  • Compliance monitoring

  • Transaction processing
     

21. Compliance Monitoring and Institutional Controls
To maintain regulatory standards and protect participating employers, Miles Wealth may:

  • Monitor transaction patterns

  • Apply risk thresholds

  • Pause or restrict investments where compliance risks arise

Such actions may occur without prior notice.

22. Automatic Suspension Events
Salary SIP access may be suspended under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Employment termination

  • Payroll discrepancies

  • Regulatory flags

  • Suspected misuse of employer-linked benefits
     

23. Limitation of Liability - Salary SIP
Miles Wealth shall not be liable for:

  • Changes in employer benefits

  • Payroll system errors

  • Contribution timing delays

  • Financial outcomes resulting from investments
