You also authorize us to utilize your KYC (Know Your Customer) information, including but not limited to identity details (name, PAN, age), address, and signature, for validation with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and other necessary purposes as required by law. You agree that the KYC information from the KRA (KYC Registration Agency) records/system will be used for processing requests made via the Miles Wealth platform. In case your signature is missing or illegible, AMCs may carry out additional checks or reject the request.

2. Use of Our Platform
Our Platform is intended for individuals legally eligible to invest in mutual funds in India. By registering, you affirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into an agreement for financial investments.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using our services. Misrepresentation or failure to update information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Investment Services
Miles Wealth facilitates mutual fund investments by partnering with various AMCs. All transactions are subject to the terms of the AMCs and applicable regulatory guidelines. We aim to provide a seamless investment experience and provide personalised advice on your mutual fund investments. All investment decisions are solely your responsibility, and you should assess your financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon before making any investments.

It is essential to read all relevant scheme-related documents (e.g., prospectuses) before investing. Investment in mutual funds are subject to market risks, and past performance does not guarantee future returns.

4. Fees and Payments
We do not charge you any fee for using our Platform. Our compensation is derived from commissions paid by AMCs for distributing Regular mutual funds, which are included in the expense ratios of the mutual funds available on our platform. These commissions range between 0.05% and 1%, averaging around 0.65% per annum, on a portfolio level. The commissions do not come out of your pocket, but they are built into the total cost of the mutual fund.

5. Privacy and Data Security
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use encryption, secure protocols, and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our services, you agree to our data collection and handling practices, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information, including mutual fund performance data, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on our Platform. Data may come from third-party sources, including AMCs, and we are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies. Always verify the details before making investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability
By using our Platform, you acknowledge that investments inherently carry risk. Miles Wealth is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from investment decisions made on our platform. We provide information and tools to assist in decision-making but cannot guarantee any financial outcomes.

We are also not liable for any interruptions, errors, or delays in service due to technical issues, third-party failures, or unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miles Wealth and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or related services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. In case of any disputes, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India. Any claims or disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miles Wealth, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected to your violation of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of our Platform, or any violation of applicable law.
